The proposed development replaces an existing 3 storey building in South London with a high quality residential building of up to 5 storeys in height. The proposal will create a mix of 24 residential units including 1/2/3 bedroom family units, along with 20 car spaces in a basement car park. The street side units have their own front gardens and private entrances. The main entrance to the reception area for the upper level units is located on the corner. The reception area also provides access to a large west-facing communal garden. All of the units have private amenity spaces in the form of gardens, balcony spaces and private terraces.

The building has been designed to comply with Code Level 4 of Code for Sustainable Homes.
